The jury has reached a verdict in the murder trial of former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin.
In a statement, the Hennepin County Court said "A verdict has been reached and will be read between 3:30-4:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 20". That would be 4:30-5:30 EST.
Chauvin has been charged with two counts of murder and one count of manslaughter in the death of George Floyd, which sparked massive protests across the country last year.
