Officer Kim Potter has been identified as the person who fatally shot Duante Wright during a routine traffic stop.
Daunte's mother claims in an interview of the fatal night that Duante called her saying he was being pulled over for the air fresheners hanging from his rear view mirror. The officer quickly asked him to exit the car, his passenger begins screaming and the phone hangs up. Next thing you know his mother gets a call from his female friend who was the passenger saying that Duante had been shot and was unresponsive.
The medical examiner's office has declared his death a homicide, let's see what Minnesota does to being this young man justice.
