One of your favorite Golden State Warriors took to the press room yesterday to let people know that what happened at the Capitol was not a protest but a big SLAP IN THE FACE to black people all over. Essentially saying that the Trump supporters who stormed the Capitol building were not treated as violent intruders and were almost welcome in as guests. Draymond shares his feelings of disrespect with most people in the world in that if the "protestors" were people of color, the outcome would not have been the same.
Coach Steve Kerr also agreed that with the league being majority African American that the players for sure carried a lot of emotion with the events in Washington D.C. but still came out and played and represented their squads but let their feelings on the events be known.
The Golden State Warriors lost to the LA Clippers Weds and will face them again tonight at an empty Chase Center arena. GO WARRIORS!! We love y'all!!
