Oregon man is looking for $2.9 million in lawsuit agains his family physician. Reason being, the man found out the doctor has been involved in an affair with his wife since 2018.
The lawsuit says,
As a result of (Rosen’s) conduct, plaintiff sustained emotional distress including … the loss of his marriage and emotional and social destruction of his family.
