Next week's Monday Night Football matchup between the Rams and the Bucs will be a historic one - not because of the players, but the referees.
The game will feature an all-black officiating crew for the first time in NFL history, led by 17-year veteran Jerome Boger.
The NFL combined members of two different officiating crews for the historic moment. NFL exec Troy Vincent called it "a testament to the countless and immeasurable contributions of Black officials to the game".
