Florida Governor has drafted an “anti-mob” legislation that would allow citizens to shoot people who are suspected "looters" or "rioters". This new law would make it a third-degree felony if you block traffic during a protest. It will also give immunity to drivers who 'unintentionally' injure people blocking traffic.
