Back in January, Lori Harvey, stepdaughter of Steve Harvey, was arrested in Beverly Hills for a misdemeanor hit and run.
She was also charged with delaying a police investigation.
Alcohol was not a factor.
Reportedly she may have been texting and driving at the time.
She has entered a plea deal. She will plead no contest to one misdemeanor of refusing arrest and reportedly serve two years probation.
