Alameda, San Mateo, and Solano Counties are now in the 'red tier' in the states COVID-19 system. This will allow the counties to open indoor facilities including:
- Indoor restaurant (25% capacity)
- Indoor retail (50% capacity)
- Hair and nail salons open with modifications
- Museums, Zoo's, and Aquariums (25% capacity)
- Movie theaters (25% capacity)
- Gyms and fitness centers (10% capacity)
