San Leandro police officer has been charged with voluntary manslaughter for the shooting of the man inside a Walmart store. This all happened in April when a man was holding a baseball bat in the store, authorities arrived and used a taser gun after the man refused to put down the bat. Within 40 seconds of the officer arriving he shot the man.
