Nine Year Old In Florida Becomes Youngest Person To Die From COVID-19

Nine year old, Kimora Lynum has become the youngest person to pass away in Florida due to COVID-19. She was taken to the children's pediatric in Gainesville, Florida with a 103 fever. They took her temperature and did a urine test but did not test for COVID-19. Kimora was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and was sent home. Kimora took a nap on July 17 and never woke up, the hospital did not test her for COVID-19 until she passed away.

Her family does not know how she contracted the virus, the family has set up a GoFund Me.
