A woman in a Los Altos post office was caught on video yelling racial slurs at a Asian American worker. The people in the post office stepped in to the workers defense and some pulled out their phones to record the incident. Los Altos police was called the day of the incident but no officers went to the post office.
The US Postal Service said an investigation is underway,
No employee should have to suffer any abuse by a customer, and we have every right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive
