Trump wants to send more federal law enforcement to major cities. Portland is currently being taken over by military who work for him.
In Portland they've done a fantastic job
He stated that major cities like New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit, Baltimore need more help. Trump included Oakland saying,
Oakland is a mess...all the cities are run by liberal democrats
