Reports state that an off duty police officer in Los Angeles found a tampon in his Frappuccino. The officer was halfway thru with his drink from Starbucks in Diamond Bar noticing the tampon. He used his police credit union debit card to purchase the drink. The incident has been reported and it's now being investigated.
