Brooklyn Funeral Home Put 100 Bodies In U-Haul Trucks Without Refrigeration

So many people have been affected by coronavirus making hospitals and funeral homes reach capacity. Police were called after the neighborhood in Brooklyn complained about a strong smell in the area. Authorities ended up finding over 100 bodies stuffed in two U-Haul trucks. Andrew T. Cleckley Funeral Services, placed bodies of deceased inside the U-Hauls their freezer they use to store bodies stopped working.

The funeral home was given temporary refrigerated trucks. No charges were made but they were given a citation for failing to control the odors.
