Lil Wayne was unveiled as the Robot on the season opener of The Masked Singer. The rapper, who just released his Funeral album, was the first to be eliminated after covering Lenny Kravitz’s “Are You Gonna Go My Way.
When asked why he chose the robot as his costume Wayne says he thought his kids would like it since they watch and love the show.
The Masked Singer promised to have very famous people on the third season of the musical competition and with Lil Wayne being the first reveal, we can’t wait to see who else is under the mask.
The Masked Singer returns on Fox, Wednesdays at 7 PM.
