Summer Walker Overcomes Social Anxiety & Delivers Two Stunning Performances

Summer Walker has been through a lot lately, during her NPR Tiny Desk performance the “Over It” singer suffered from social anxiety and was later criticized for it.

Critics called Walker out over her lackluster performance on the popular platform that gives new artists a way to connect on an intimate level.

She has since delivered to stunning performances at BBC’s 1Xtra Radio, performing Ari Lennox’s song, '40 Shades of Choke,'' and ''Playing Games'' from her Over It album inside the Live Lounge.

Summer has been open about her difficulties in social settings and even will carry a stuffed animal to help calm her, which she did during the NPR performance.
