Berkeley police say bicyclists are causing a lot of accidents on city streets, but bike advocates are upset that police are addressing the problem by writing traffic tickets.
It mostly comes down to bicyclists flying through stop-signs, which is causing over 50% of the car-bike accidents in Berkeley.
