Video Shows Bay Area Man Tortured, Murdered & Body Tossed in the SF Bay

San Francisco Police made an arrest in the gruesome killing of a 23-year-old San Francisco man whose body was found in the bay near Pier 39. Gerald Rowe is in custody for allegedly torturing, drugging and killing George Randall Saldivar and dumping the body in the bay.

AFter they found Salvidar's body investigators were led to a video found in a fourth-floor apartment on Market Street, in San Francisco.

The video shows Salividar having consensual sex but then cuts to him sitting in a chair with his hands tied behind his back. Documents say the video shows an unknown person and Rowe tying a noose around Salvidar’s neck. Salvidar is then elevated and shot up with a drug, after which he passes out and a bag is placed over his head. He was stuffed in a suitcase, and a day later the suitcase is removed from the apartment and dumped in the bay.

Rowe was charged with murder with special circumstances, lying in wait and torture.
