Lil Baby has had a busy week. On Tuesday he stopped by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to give a performance of his hit "Woah." Thanks to the infectious song and an outstanding troupe of dancers, the audience gave the performance an enthusiastic response (cheers during the song, which rarely happens on late night stages, and a standing ovation).
Only a few days later, Lil Baby has released a new track called "Sum 2 Prove." According to Hiphop-n-more.com, "Sum 2 Prove" is the lead single off his upcoming album My Turn. The new album was announced on January 1st, when he tweeted out a photo of the album cover. The rapper has yet to release an official release date. Whenever it comes out the record will be the second studio album in his discography, following up 2018's Harder Than Ever.
As for mixtapes, the rapper has plenty. He released a steady stream of music throughout 2017 dropping a mixtape in April, July, October, and December, and two more towards the end of 2018. After a quiet 2019, Lil Baby is all set for a big return with the forthcoming Super Slimey 2 featuring collaborators Young Thung, Future, and Gunna.
