All ties between the pharmacy chain Walgreens and the state of California will be cut. Last week, Walgreens announced that it would not sell abortion pills in states where republican threaten legal action. On Monday, Governor Gavin Newsom shared the state's decision in a tweet, " California won't be doing business with @ Walgreens or any company that cowers to the extremists and puts women's lives at risk, We're done."
