One down, one more to go.

After suing the blog and a plastic surgeon for publishing an image of him that he said implied he had undergone penis enhancement surgery, 50 Cent has reached a settlement with The Shade Room.

50 Cent filed a lawsuit last year against the blog and Angela Kogan, owner of Perfection Plastic Surgery in Florida.

He said Kogan used a picture of him to imply he had penile surgery.

The Shade Room subsequently posted the image to their 27.7 million followers to promote a piece on Kogan talking about the most recent surgical trends.

But after first demanding an apology and compensation from the website "for exacerbating the penile implant saga," the celebrity has now agreed to settle with the blog for an undisclosed amount. Initially, 50 Cent was asking for millions in his lawsuit.

As of today, there has yet to be an apology from The Shade Room but that may be to come as part of their settlement agreement.

50 Cent is still suing Kogan for using the image with him suggesting he had surgery.

Kogan accuses the blog of spreading mis-information, and her attorney asserts that 50 Cent was a customer who consented to take the picture "in payment for her service" but did not specify what that service was.

50 Cent claims he was the target of "ridicule" and denies ever having undergone penile enhancement surgery.

He asserted that Kogan and her associates are aware that he never got any kind of operation at the facility and demanded that they stop using the picture for any reason.

His professional and personal reputation suffered "substantial damage," according to the lawsuit, and his right to control his name and image was violated.
