Video shows a chimp throwing a bottle through at a girl who was filming at a zoo in south China.
In the moments before the attack, the chimpanzee can be seen jumping up and down in his enclosure at the Nanning Zoo.
The girl's mother claimed that up until the chimp's water bottle injured her daughter's eye, he had been enjoying the trip to the zoo.
The young girl reportedly started bleeding just above her eye due to the blow.
