After a large number of clients found that money was missing from their accounts on Wednesday, Bank of America began trending on social media. Alarmed customers posted their concerns online, criticizing the financial juggernaut and demanding answers.
Bank Of America posted to their app that the issue was due to Zelle transactions between Jan 14th and Jan 17th delayed posting to accounts.
Although the issue was seemingly resolved by Wednesday afternoon, many continued to drag BofA online because of the experience.
