Although Adidas and Ye's collaboration on sneakers came to an end in September, his footwear designs will still be available from the company—but with a twist. Adidas will continue to sell the footwear and clothing line, but the Yeezy name and branding won't be present, according to CNN.

The company asserted ownership of the design rights for all colors and variants of the Yeezy line, current and future. Additionally, the corporation will save a ton of money by marketing the footwear as Adidas. To be precise, $300 million in royalties and marketing costs.

The Yeezy line was a key revenue generator for the company, who has suffered as a result of the controversy surrounding Kanye West and Adidas choosing to no longer continue their partnership.

According to Morgan Stanley, Yeezy items brought in roughly $2 billion in revenue for Adidas last year, or 8% of the company's overall sales. In addition, the line attracted new customers who bought other Adidas products into the stores and helped Adidas secure shelf space at big retailers.

Adidas reported on Wednesday that the breakup of the partnership cost them more than $250 million in profit and $500 million in lost sales.
