Kaiser Permanente Hit With Lawsuit for Charging Patients for COVID Test

Kaiser Permanente is facing a lawsuit for what they called a "technical error". Attorney, Brian Devine filed a class action lawsuit with the Alameda Superior Court on behalf of his client Faye Getubig who was charged $310 for the COVID shot that she hadn't requested to take. Faye and her Lawyer fears there may be many more people in her same situation being that Kaiser insures 40% of Californians. Kaiser said they are carefully reviewing all of its patients and reversing any payments taken. Better check your Kaiser billing summary and make sure you weren't charged!
