Santa Cruz's Big Basin State Park to Reopen After Wild Fire Destruction

Its been more than two years since Basin State Park has been closed due to wild fires that burned 97% of the park including, the parks' headquarters, camp grounds and resting place for park rangers. Over 1500 homes were lost and one person unfortunately died. Those that have reservations will be allowed to visit a small portion of the park that wasn't burned. Story down below.
