The country is still feeling the after effects of the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade just last month. Our lawmakers are still weighing in by state on how their ruling will play out in each state. President Biden and his administration have weighed in and according to the White House hospitals and doctors must perform an abortion in the event there is a medical emergency and the patient's well being or life is in danger. This federal law will need to be followed regardless of the laws in that state.
