Baseball like all other major sports is looking to continue getting back to more in person events, but more importantly a consistency in the scheduling. The countdown towards the SF Giants Opening Day has begun and Friday, April 8th they'll take on the Marlins in a day game to kick things off! Coming back to the ballpark, will mean no more cardboard cutouts in the stand, but actual real people cheering on the Black and Orange Champs! Other changes to expect reportedly include new food options that offer some vegetarian options, as well as contactless payment with all vendors and of course new SF Giants clothing for sale. Amidst all the excitement of getting to welcome real live fans back to the stands, ball park staff is also looking forward to fans being able to check out the new area where there will be batting cages and even a speed pitching area in a new bull pen area. All in all there are some new things to expect at the park, but there will always be the nostalgia of the wins that have taken the team all the way to the Series!
