When Lenore Estrada, owner of Three Babes Bakeshop, had to make extreme staff cuts in 2020 due to the pandemic her & a couple colleagues decided they wanted to something to help small business owners like themselves cope with the financial hardships they were facing.
They started the nonprofit SF New Deal and have since been helping to feed 55,000 people a week.
