Residents of the Pacific Heights neighborhood in San Francisco have recently seen an increase in theft. One person said his house has been hit eight times!
Burglars are reportedly using drills and other makeshift tools to break into garages. They try to get in by pulling on the emergency latch. Paul Banas, who has lived in the area for over a decade, says checking his garage and security cameras have become part of his morning routine, according to KPIX.
