A woman was fatally hit by a car on Monday after she was allegedly seen breaking into vehicles in Oakland.
District 5 Oakland City Councilmember, Noel Gallo, told ABC 7 that the driver "got upset cause she was trying to break in and he went after her, ran her over, and killed her."
