A disturbance was reported at El Rancho Inn hotel in Millbrae. When police responded they found a victim with bite marks on her body and head. The woman was allegedly strangled until she lost consciousness and was rushed to the hospital. Police arrested a 20-year-old Pacifica man on suspicion of attempted murder, domestic violence, and possession of a stun gun being a felon.
