Construction has begun on an 87 unit affordable housing complex in San Jose.
The complex is being built on "Almaden Boulevard near the Children's Discovery Museum. It will be targeted to families and people who work as artists," according to NBC Bay Area.
In addition to this new development, the city also plans to get electric buses and place new bike lanes in the area.
