Bay Area car thieves have gotten so bold that 2 folks were caught breaking into cars on Lakeshore Ave in Oakland in BROAD DAYLIGHT!
Thankfully a commnity member captured the whole thing on camera and forwarded it to the authorities.
This mess is crazy!
