Woman Shot In Leg During Attempted Car-Jacking at SFO's Grand Hyatt Hotel

Breaking news from San Francisco. Police have confirmed a manhunt is underway after a woman was shot in the leg during an attempted car-jacking at The SFO Grand Hyatt Hotel.

The incident happened just before 8pm Monday night.

Officers arrived to find a woman suffering from injuries from a "gunshot wound" yet thankfully not life-threatening.

Initially, social media reported an active shooter in the area. Police say that was not the case.

"The investigation determined that incident was not an active shooter and that the location of the shooting was located near the roadway and not inside an airport building," SFPD said in a press release.

Three suspects are at large. No description of the suspects have been released.
