An army sergeant in South Carolina named Jonathan Pentland is going viral for assaulting a young black man by the name of DeAndre who was walking through his neighborhood.
The young man expressed to Pentland, who began following him as he was trying to finish his stroll, that they actually were neighbors.
Pentland is a staffer at Fort Jackson and his commanding officers have already made a public statement via Twitter stating that he will be reprimanded for his actions.
