An 11-year-old girl in San Francisco who was forced into a bathroom during a home invasion wrote “help robbers!!!” and her name on the wall while attending her Zoom class last Friday.
The child was staying at her cousin’s house in Portola when two men forced their way into the home. The men stole several belongings including money and camera equipment. The child being afraid they would kill her, wrote the message on the bathroom wall while attending her remote learning session to alert her teacher.
Earlier that day, her older cousin told police that his car was broken into and the tires were slashed while he went to a local cemetery to clean off the graves of his relatives. The family also said they noticed the garage door remote was also stolen.
So glad this young girl had the smarts to alert her teacher and get help!
