The Black Joy Treasure Hunt has begun!
In lieu of a parade this year, the organization that produces the Black Joy Parade has created a treasure hunt to help people celebrate black culture and do so safely during the pandemic. The treasure hunt is free for all and those who sign up will promptly receive their first clue. These clues will lead treasure hunters through Oakland, featuring land marks, art installations, locally owned businesses and more.
