The Bay Area showed up tonight for two Bay Area legends. Vallejo's own E-40 and Oakland's Too Short took it home for an epic VERZUZ battle on Saturday night. After decades of putting out hits, you know it was about to be a good time!
Too Short took us back to the beginning with 'Freaky Tales,' while E-40 had us going dumb all night with tracks like 'Tell Me When To Go.' Not only did they play hits after hits, they were teaching the world what the Bay Area is about. From getting hyphy, going dumb and Bay Area slang, E-40 and Too Short definitely let 'em know!
Overall, it was a night of good music and good vibes. Big shout out to VERZUZ for putting this together and our own Big Von for holding it down for the Ambassador of the Bay!
