Bay Area residents are running into problems while staying indoors. People in various neighborhoods have reported stolen rims from their cars. Thieves have been targeting newer car models with 19 inch rims.
One man who lives in the SOMA district had all four of his rims stolen from his Mercedes. Fortunately, he has insurance and will get his rims replaced after finding his car on crates.
