UPDATE: TMZ is now reporting Kobe Bryant's 13-year-old daughter, Gianna Maria Onore, nicknamed Gigi, was also on board. Tragically she died in the crash as well. The pair were heading to Mamba Academy for basketball practice when the crash occurred.
TMZ is reporting NBA legend Kobe Bryant has passed away in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California. Bryant was on the private helicopter with 3 other people. Emergency personnel were on scene when a fire broke out. No one on board the helicopter survived. Vanessa Bryant was not on the helicopter.
