Imagine calling 911 for help only for the operator to seem unsympathetic and condescending. An Arkansas woman drowned after she accidentally drove her vehicle into high water during a flash. Her vehicle filled with water as she plead for help speaking with the 911 operator at the center of the outrage. The operator responded saying "this will teach you next time not to drive in the water." and "I don't understand why your freaking out." She even told the victim she needed to "shut up."
