Oakland's Tribune Tower owner Thomas Henderson has been arrested for scamming hopeful American immigrants out of $110 million dollars. Henderson & his three business partners were telling folks who were looking to migrate to the U.S. that they could do so by making large monetary investments into his business San Francisco Regional Center, but he was actually funneling the money into a private account. From these fraudulent investments Henderson purchased restaurants, rental properties, and even the historic Tribune Tower in Oakland. Henderson was arrested on fraud and conspiracy charges!
