This is beyond ignorant. Video uploaded to Worldstar showes a young child screaming their head off hanging onto the hood of the car as the person behind the wheel drives. The caption stated the child was put on the hood by the father as a form of punishment. Ever heard of a timeout? No details as to where or who took the video. I am sure someone will discover their identity soon.
