Police are searching for a man in San Francisco who has been seen throwing buckets of water on homeless people. Residents in the neighborhood of Bryant & 20th St are working with authorities to help find the person who has been committing battery on homeless folks laying on the sidewalk. Folks are livid over these insensitive acts!
