It's usually a tradition when the defending NBA champions travel to the Nation's Capital to play the Washington Wizards, it's in the schedule to visit the White House and the President, but as of late that hasn't been the case.
Ever since Obama left office, The Golden State Warriors have passed on visiting The White House due to the fact that the team does not agree with the politics of the current president. Last year the team went and visited the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
This year, they skipped the White House again for a private get together with former President Barack Obama. Though not much was revealed of the get-together though we did get a picture for proof.
The Warriors capped off their Washington trip with a win over the Wizards 126-118 which also takes them into a 9-game win streak.
