Earlier in the week, it was announced that everyone in the US would get a "Presidential Alert" from FEMA and the Emergency Alert System as part of a National Wireless Emergency Alert System Test. And promptly at approximately 11:18PT/2:18ET an alert sent to every phone, and it passed as quickly as it started but that didn't mean the Internet couldn't have some fun with it!
