A five alarm fire started in Oaklands Chinatown on 718 Webster Street. About 70 firefighters arrived to the scene and have now contained the fire.
Fire Chief Melinda Drayton said they have contained the fire and it's not affecting the building next door, all the tenants in the building made it out safely.
