Man was arrested after masturbating on a female victim inside the Walmart in American Canyon.
Surveillance video shows Christian Roberts masturbating behind a female victim and her children. According to KRON 4, Roberts "made contact with her buttocks" and left his biological fluids on her. He fled the scene, but was arrested two days later. Roberts is currently in jail for misdemeanor sexual battery, indecent exposure and annoy/molest children with a $100,000 bail.
He reportedly had an active warrant for his arrest after performing a similar crime at a Palo Alto Safeway earlier this year.
