Earlier this week, a three-month-old infant was abducted from his grandmother's San Jose home while she was getting groceries in the car.
According to KRON 4, the alleged kidnappers are Jose Ramon Portillo and Yesenia Guadalupe Ramirez, a friend of the family. Ramirez reportedly conspired with Portillo to kidnap the baby. The baby boy was found in Portillo's home, which was stocked with diapers and numerous baby essentials.
The motive for the kidnapping has not been released. However, according to the NY Post, Ramirez was obsessed with the baby and constantly wanted to be around him.
They have both been charged with felony kidnapping, conspiracy, and first-degree burglary.
